The Manchester Film Foundation is pleased to announce their first fundraising screening event to benefit the Manchester Film Festival — a US premiere of Robert Altman’s latest film, GOSFORD PARK, to be held on Saturday, December 15th, 2001 at the Village Picture Shows’ new twin cinema in Manchester, Vermont.

GOSFORD PARK, starring Kristin Scott Thomas, Alan Bates, Helen Mirren, Emily Watson and a host of other celebrated actors, is scheduled to open on December 26th and has been provided courtesy of the distributor USA Films.

Seating is limited and there will only be one screening at 4 pm. Tickets for the fundraiser event are $30.00, including complimentary refreshments, and can be purchased at Village Picture Shows beginning December 1st.

We are fortunate to have the Manchester Film Festival in our community and look forward to many wonderful events next year!
